I’m more than happy with the service received

Had an issue with my coolant pump leaking, I was advised not to drive my ds5 blue HDI 180bhp as the coolant could cause the timing belt to slip or break, causing catastrophic damage (£7000 for a new engine if it snapped!! 😱), but everywhere was giving estimates of weeks before they could do it.
Chris in BCP was very helpful and although he couldn't promise an exact time to start it, took my car in on Friday and I had a call Monday lunchtime with an itemised quote which possibly wasn't the cheapest, but was using OEM parts which he could order for the next day, with a recommendation to replace the auxiliary belt and tensioners as well, as there was wear and contamination evident in these and it was counterproductive to leave them to cause another issue later.
I had a call Tuesday afternoon to collect the car, and everything was done as he'd promised at the price I was quoted.
You could possibly get it done cheaper in a back street garage but these guys are the specialists and are very thorough, I'm more than happy with the service received.
